You were right! It was a faulty drive AND volume pot. Had a replacement for the drive but gotta order another volume pot. Thanks for the help!

I am also noticing that no matter what I do, R16 is measuring around 48k ohms when I’ve made sure it’s a 100k ohm resistor. R30 is measuring the correct 100k value. Not sure if this is supposed to be the case but I’ve tried everything I know how to do and can’t figure it out.
