Paragon Charge Pump

I’ve got a paragon build all finished up and have found myself enjoying the paragon mini more than the paragon. I wanted to try and omit the charge pump in the paragon to see if running it at 9v would make a difference. What do I need to do to accomplish this? Is it as easy as taking the charge pump ic out or are there other things I would have to do on top of that?

I *think you can accomplish this by removing the charge pump IC, remove diodes D14 and D15, jumper D14 anode to D15 cathode, and increase the value of C10 to 100uF. More experienced members may suggest more appropriate changes, but this is where I'd start if it were me.

I built a few KoT clones on various pcbs from different vendors which all had charge pumps and the only one I kept was the straight 9v build I made using the vero layout from tagboard effects. I love the OCD at 18v with an onboard charge pump but not the KoT. Other people's mmv
