lol, yeah so I reflowed those and almost the whole board. it still makes the nasty hissing distortion. perhaps I"ll take out the sockets and just solder the ic's to the board.

just finished putting it together today, flipped it on, and it makes this terrible distortion noise. There is echo happening, and the led does pulsate with the rate. The intensity and dimention pots are both making the worst of the distortion noise. however the only time I have yet to hear...
