PCBGM Electric Lover not passing signal

Hi!

Title says it all! When I trace signal, it stops at IC1_A, the JRC4558. I only get signal on pin 3, no output on the chip.

I’m also using the Xvive MN3007

I’m new to this, so I’m not sure how to best provide information and I’d appreciate any help. I’ve done the preliminary troubleshooting: checking for bridges, wrong values, wiring, checked components, etc..

The on/off LED lights up as it should, but the Rate LED does not.

Thank you! I did see this, but I’m not sure I’m having the same issue. The pedal makes no sound at all and I’m using the MN3007, whereas that user was using the MN3207 and it was passing dry signal.
