A very hyped pedal. I haven't used it long enough to determine if it lives up to this hype for me. Sounded good to fatten up my Tele as a boost though.
To set trims: I started with the gains full up, and the trim at the lowest, and increased until background noise was noticeably louder, then backed them off from there. Both trims are probably less than a quarter up since the noise comes on pretty fast.
