I'd go with increasing the value of R18.
R17 is already a fairly low value — but I have no real understanding of why it is the value it is.
Run R18 into a trimmer or a pot to make it adjustable and fine tune it to where you like and then measure the trimmer/pot resistance and install the closest resistor value to the sum of R18 and the VR — or you could even just leave the trimmer/pot in and have the ability to change it as/when your needs change.
Mind, the circuit-snippet you posted matches the current build doc, but ... the ref-des of the
PCB-pic in the shop doesn't match up with the schematic. All the components surrounding IC5 for instance...

In the posted schematic-snippet and build-doc schematic, the resistors around IC5 (lower right in pic above) are R16, R17 and R18, as opposed to R23, R20 and R21 in the pic above.
The PCB itself will have the component values printed on it, can you take a pic of IC5 and its surrounding components?
