Illustrator Help for Tayda Printing

Trying to get the graphics for my pedal ready to order from Tayda. I've created the attached file using Illustrator at my library but am lost on getting my white colors to be RDG_WHITE and also removing the white from my image on the color layer.

Would appreciate any and all help to make this pedal look good. If you have suggested fonts or anything else please go ahead as I don't have an eye for this kind of thing.

I have my files saved in this Google Drive folder: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/16Xu-ubZKjvOBiKNIRoqtlfm1FrisWuHZ?usp=sharing

Best way is to download the illustrator template from Tayda, it has the layers. You also need to install the Roland color swatch. Then copy your art from your AI file and paste it into the layers. For the white and gloss layer you need to change the colors in your art to the white/gloss colors from the Roland swatch. They are off gray/brown color in AI. There is a paste in place function in AI. Depending on your art, it could be as simple as pasting the same thing in all three layers. The layers print white->color->gloss. So, you have to think about where you want white and edit the picture accordingly. The color layer will look better if you print it over a white layer. I don't think CMYK white in the color layer prints at all. The gloss layer prints pretty thick, and if you print it over text, for example, it looks almost like it's embossed. So, for an image, you might want to cover the whole thing instead of using the line drawing, or not, depends on what you are going for. Good luck.
