I grabbed this board from @blackhatboojum in April last year when he did a group buy on these. It’s his take on an Ibanez AD9 delay, but with an extra 3205 for double the delay time. Blows my mind that a person could figure out a thing like that and get it done. Even came with a nice set of build docs and calibration instructions. Really nicely done.
I took a few passes at the calibration. Followed the instructions for using a scope, then tried the ones for doing it by ear/ audio probe, then back to the scope again. With everything dimed there’s still a little bit of clock whine I couldn’t dial out, but I think that’s to be expected. The sound of the repeats is great, and the clock sound drops out once you dial it back a little.
Seemed like a good home for these beefy vintage knobs.
