What's the most Mac-friendly PCB Cad?

I rarely ever use the PC desktop that I have diptrace installed on (the only PCB cad I actually sorta know how to use), and the mac OS version of diptrace is absolutely horrible. Anyone have reccomendations for a good mac-friendly cad? I really want to get some layouts worked out, and don't want to be stuck hunched over in the dark corner where my desktop resides.

I use KiCad on my 2024 Macbook Air. Nothing but praise with an exception of major release upgrades.

I dislike the "center and warp cursor on zoom" though.

What I did was purchase a 16GB flash drive, download Windows 10 from the Microsoft website (found it googling windows for mac/boot camp download etc etc), which was free somehow, and set up Bootcamp as a partition on my hard drive so I can run Diptrace natively.

Ever since I upgraded to Catalina (yep) I can't run Wine, but Bootcamp has worked out pretty well for programs that require Windows.

I just have to restart my computer when switching to Windows, but that's no big deal.

Ive used both Kicad and Eagle on Mac and they both work well… i would pick kicad over eagle today seems as eagle will soon been abandonware.
