riddle me this, pot problems.

Circuit works. Output works.
Three pots (of 6) work. The other three don't.
The bad three pots dont have continuity so i guess thats got something to do with it.
The bad three pots all work on a multimeter (testing resistance range).

Have i damaged a trace, underpants pot gnomes?

no schematic or antyhing elsee sorry.

What should I be look at/for?

Look for a bridge between the networks that lead to and from each pots pins.

Could also be a cut trace, if those pots are acting as a voltage divider for vref and that trace got jacked.

If your pots work on the multimeter, they're good. Knowing more (particularly what the controls that work and dont when do) would help with diagnosis...maybe. Not a ton to go on as of yet.

Are they properly insulated?
No schematic. No photos. Vague descriptions. No free tech support. Only substandard moral support.
Gonna have to get a cashier's check in the amount of 87,729 pesos and call 1-87S-TIC-KMAN for further instructions. Please note all calls are recorded for quality assurance and for future submission as evidence to an "independent" arbitrator.

I also accept payment in the form of bribes. Bribes are good.

"The bad three pots dont have continuity..."

If pins 1 to 2, 2 to 3 and 1 to 3 all do not have continuity (defined in the case of installed pots as: pot values in context to the resistance of the circuit), then your pots are bad. Not uncommon to have a factory pot problem where the metal lead pins are not properly making contact to the resistive trace. If your post have lugs, then it is easy to apply too much heat when soldering and also disconnecting the lugs from the trace.

Start with replacing a single pot and see if it corrects.
