War Scythe - Octave Hiss?

I'm sure this is probably something obvious, but I'm still in the paint by numbers phase of assembling these things. Put together a War Scythe a few months back, but didn't spend much time with it until yesterday. Both the Hoof and Tone Reaper sound great on their own, however when you add the octave there's a very noticeable hiss (more-so when paired with the TR side). What could be causing this issue? Wiring? Problems with the transistors?

My guess would be wiring. I just built this about a month ago and haven't boxed it at all but it's definitely quiet with no hiss. Could you post some images of the front and back of the board?

Sorry for the delay. Need to adjust my notification settings. Added some photos of the octave section of the main pcb and daughterboard. When I took it apart again today, I found two small wisps of stranded wire that looked to be touching the pads next to each. But cleaning those up didn't seem to change anything about the hiss.
