Wrectifier rev 2.0 problem

I am building a rev 2 wrectifier for my kid for Christmas. Got it all hooked up and got nothing but squealing. Squealing would go away if mids turned all the way up. No guitar sound. Did some tweaking and searching now it sounds like I have a grounding issue as well. Extra sets of eyes would be much appreciated!

Is the switch body contacting soldered points. Will want to isolate the pots before final assembly
Are you getting guitar + squeal/oscillation or just oscillation?

Just getting squeal no guitar sound. Will have to check the switch when I get back later on, but don't think it is contacting

input and output jack wires are both incorrect for both jacks and your power jack wiring is super sketchy... clean that up and youll be closer to a solid build..... Looks like you just need to build more pedals for solder practice...

you ever have one of those days where you read the solutions on here, look at your pedal and then smack yourself upside the head? Yeah, its just been that kind of build for me.
