Hi All,
So I wanted to get some opinions on an issue I'm having with a Tayda enclosure order. I ordered several powder-coated enclosures on 1/3 that I also planned to place a drill order for. The order number didn't show up right away on the drill service page, but since it was the weekend, I figured it might not hit until Monday, so I waited. By Monday afternoon, there was still no order number on the drill service page, so I messaged Tayda customer service on 1/5 to ask about the issue. I got no reply for several days, so I sent a follow-up on 1/9. I finally got a response this morning that seemed a bit...weird? So, I wanted to see if those of you with more Tayda experience could fill me in on whether I did something wrong in the process. I'm still new to this, so it might be my fault, but my understanding is that, as long as I order with the same account/email I have set up with the drill service page (which I did) the order should show up there? I've made on prior drill order and everything worked fine, so I'm not clear what's up this time, but I'm concerned that I'm just going to get a bunch of non-drilled enclosures at this point. (Not the end of the world. I CAN drill them, but I'd really rather let Tayda do it.)

Hi, The order number never showed up on my drill service page, so there was never any option provided to me to order the drill service, even though I wanted to, and even though your website says the order will show up on the drill service page within 15 minutes of placing my order so that I can add the drill service. As you can see in the screenshot, the order number for my current order does not appear, and has never appeared, on my drill service page. That's the problem.

Hello,
All the boxes are already powder coated, they can't be drilled after powder coated.
I don't understand why you have the impression that you can drill these boxes without ordering any drill service at all?

Just wanted to follow up on my previous message. My order is still listed as "Packing," but I still don't see the order available on the drill service page to add my drill service order. I would still like to place a drill service order if possible. Many thanks! -Chris - Me:

Hi, I placed an order (1000465929) on Saturday that I'd like to add some custom drilling to using your drilling service. Since I ordered on the weekend, I suspected it wouldn't show up on the drill service page until today, but when I checked just now, the order still doesn't appear on the drill service page for me to add the drill templates, and the order on my regular Tayda account page shows that it's in the "Packing" stage, so I just wanted to make sure there's an opportunity to add the drilling order before the enclosures are shipped. Thank you!
