Not the prettiest, but by golly, it works! And it already paid for itself!
I pretty much followed the Tagboard Effects layout. https://tagboardeffects.blogspot.com/2014/09/test-box-20.html
The only exception is I added some protection in the form of a Polyfuse, 1N4001, and 100u capacitor.
If you're a relative beginner like me and plan to make a bunch of pedals, make an audio probe. It's worth it.
