Headphone Amp build (power, but no sound)

Hi, all -- my daughter has started learning guitar, so I'm building her the Headphone Amplifier PCB513 (mostly so she doesn't start messing with my gear ).

I'm getting power, but no sound. I've traced the obvious connections to troubleshoot, but without any luck yet. There isn't build documentation available yet on the PPCB site so I haven't been able to troubleshoot the whole circuit. I'm hoping someone may seem something obvious I've screwed up? (or, if you know what the circuit is based on I can try to find the original schematic).

Where did you get your opamps? They look a little suspicious.

Thanks for the schematic. I think that batch came from Tayda -- what makes them suspicious (now that I think of it, I didn't test them before I soldered them in.)
