    Noir-Boss DM-2 Blackhat edition

Nice! I agree the DM-3 is a the polite version of the Boss analog delay, but as you know, I am a firm believer in the MN3005 chip and I believe I can hear the difference in the DM-2s. Now we need a demo!!!! Maybe it sounds like this:

Memorial Fuzz (Earthquaker Devices Terminal clone)

4.7n sounded much better to me as well. I read in the forums that people were using 47n and I went that way first. I didn't like it at all. It didn't sound like the original to me.

DEMO Two Milfs- flanger on flanger

Are there any component changes from the BF-2 or just the chip? I thought you might have said last year that there were a few component changes.

    Stormy chorus-Blackhat Boojum CE-2

Ha! If you are talking about the 3005 chip you have a tough challenge in front of you. Bring it on!

    Stormy chorus-Blackhat Boojum CE-2

I prefer the 3007 in the CE2 circuit as well. It wouldn't stop me from using one with a 3207 but it does have that little extra bit of goodness. I vastly prefer a DM2 with a 3005 but I think that's more up to personal preference. I think the 3205 is great too, just a slightly different delay.

DEMO Two Milfs- flanger on flanger

Great build. Solid as usual! I've been sitting on a Fraud board for a while now just waiting to come across a 3204. The stock build has become a fave of mine. The flanger is an underappreciated effect.

    Harmonic Percolator (with some mods)

Fantastic build report. A level of detail that would make Mr. Albini proud.

    Thanks!!! Greatly appreciated.

    Six Sleepers For Your Consideration

I'm excited to hear the Pocket Comb is good. The FL-9 was a slightly "different" flanger how I remember it. I have that one in my stack but keep putting it off. Do you happen to have the build docs? They don't appear to still be on the site. I built the AionFX Tri-Vibe and love it. I wouldn't...

    Top Five

Are you going into an amp or using the modeling amps from the Stomp? How and where are you using the Nobelium in the chain?

    Top Five

I've built 9 of these and I would agree they are all top notch. The Caesar is a go to chorus and the Circulator is a solid no fuss phaser. And the Captain Bit... incredibly fun pedal that everyone should build.

I'll do categories to make it a little more interesting. Fuzz: Carcass Fuzz (Super versatile under rated fuzz.) Boost: Crackle Jack (Simple and easy build. Zvex classic ready to blow up your amp.) Delay: Cataclysm Delay (A great PT2399 delay with it's own character.) Modulation: VIIB (Probably...

    Another Schu-Tone DM-3

For a clean and simple analog delay it's fantastic. Smooth build and easy to calibrate for great delay sounds. Overall it's a great project and rewarding build. IMO.

    Another Schu-Tone DM-3

Great build. The enclosure has a cool 80s vibe. I love mine too. Better than my original now that there is twice the delay time!

AionFX Lumitron Resonant Filter (Mu-tron III)

Great job. I have this one in the queue and looking forward to it. Not that it matters, and I don't know much about the Dead, but I thought Jerry used the MXR Envelope Filter? Have you tried the Waddle Box project. That one surprised me and has probably been my favorite EF I've built. Easy to...

BBE Shadow Man DM-3 analog delay

Looks awesome! And I completely agree. I recently finished this project and it's fantastic. Great build and great sounding delay.

PedalPCB Persica Fuzz for my SCHMORG

My favorite Fuzz. It really excels in a full band mix. Where ever you are using a Big Muff, ditch it and use this.

    DEMO Acrylic Overdrive (Wampler Plexi-Drive)

For bedroom jamming and some recording I prefer the smooth clipping of a Direct Drive over most JFet based drives. But when playing with a band in the room I find some of the fet drives the best options for some marshall like tones. I built the PCBGM version of the Plexi Drive and quite like it...
