    Chase Bliss Audio M O O D

For sure, this one looks particularly cool though. CV input really appeals to me because I'm a synth guy.

    Chase Bliss Audio M O O D

This looks really fun.. it uses two FV-1's according to the mini documentary the company released about the pedal. Probably way too early for anyone to have posted gut shots or schematics, plus there's most likely some custom programmed EPROM action. Anyway, hopefully we see it on PedalPCB...

    Backfeeder issue

Really? Argh!! I guess that makes me feel a little better, I'm not the only one. It's annoying though.. one of the more expensive, time consuming builds and I've failed twice!! I think I will lose a small piece of my soul if I don't get this one working haha :(

    Backfeeder issue

I had a lot of trouble with the first Backfeeder I built and reluctantly abandoned ship after many attempts to get it going. It was the very first version that had the wrong pin placement for the transistors. Anyway, I thought I'd start fresh and got another board.. but now I'm having a...

    Transistors for War Scythe

Does anyone have any suggestions on easier to acquire transistors to replace the AC176 and 2N1308's required for the War Scythe? I've got some 2N1308's that I bought for an Ungula build that I never got to work and I've got a feeling they might have actually been the problem. They've all got...

    Double Arachnid mega pedal

Yes, sorry I realise the value is 10k but did you use Log, Linear?

    Double Arachnid mega pedal

Yeah I realised that must have been the case right after I posted that reply haha! Cool, so you can use a pot instead of a trim? What type of pot did you use? Linear?

    Seymour Duncan Fooz

This thing sounds really cool. Can't imagine it'd be too difficult to clone?

    Double Arachnid mega pedal

Awesome, didn't notice you had a clock module. Looked for a build doc but couldn't find one. Are the three holes at the bottom right for a 9mm pot? Or is it just controlled by the trim?

    Photon Vibe

Very clean mate! Great choice of knob colour (haha) and the artwork looks awesome :) I like the 3PDT LED, definitely works on this one! Guts very tidy too!

    Duo Phase

Which/what value LDR's are you using? Looks good man, did you sort your issue?

    Mini Heterodyne Receiver

Cool! Hot air rework station looks like the way to go! What type of temperature do you need to use? Looks like you can get rework stations reasonably cheaply (~$60) I think I might look into that, thanks :) yes I have a ThreeVerb and love it! I obviously opted for pre-soldering tho ;)

    Mini Heterodyne Receiver

Very nice, very tidy inside! I've been putting off my first SMD opportunity.. keen to break the seal soon, though! Do you have one of those special iron tips with the solder 'reservoir'? Do you think I can drag solder with just a chisel tip?

    Cleaver

Cool paint job!! How did you achieve that effect?

    ThreeVerb control names

I've recently built a ThreeVerb and I'm about to box it up but I'm confused as far as naming the pots. Are the top 3 pots ctrl1-3 left to right and the bottom 2 mix and volume left to right and mode in the middle? It's not really clear to me in the build doc, so if anyone can confirm or correct...

    LED Positioning

Thanks for everyone's suggestions! I actually have a tonne of those bezels, but I've always used them when the LED is supported by the board. I didn't think those plug things would actually keep the LED in place. I'm going to give that a go later today, if that fails I'll try the superglue...

    LED Positioning

Working on a couple of projects that require some unusual LED placement. Usually I drill a hole in the enclosure directly above where the LED is on the circuit board, then adjust the height of the legs and solder them in place. I use the rigidity of the LED legs to poke into the LED holder when...
