    Incredible Machine volume pot

As @spi says - it will probably make it more usable.

    MBP Runt (Proco Rat)

@HamishR - is the bass control you added the ruetz mod or something different? LEDs on the first gain stage sounds interesting to have on a toggle or dip switch in addition to hard clipping. The rat I built had hard/soft/no clipping but I bet that combined hard/soft would sound interesting...

    PedalPCB Equilux Equalizer (Spaceman Equinox)

Have you spent anymore time with this pedal @Brett ? How does it compare to a standard EQ pedal? I’m considering this one or waiting it out for the 125B version.

This Week on the Breadboard: The Stupid-Simple Compressor

Did you finalise the circuit with the treble and blend controls @Chuck D. Bones - I’d be very interested in building this!

    Pyrocumulous Fuzz for bass

I think I’ve seen some threads on here talking about replacing the coupling caps in the audio path from 100n to 220n then it’s a case of tweaking the tone section to match bass frequencies. I’m on my phone now so can’t load the tone calculator.

Chop Shop. 1 works, other is a noise making robot

Have you tried audio probing yet? Before trying to desolder parts this is a simple and useful way to see where this extra noise might be being generated from. All you need is a 100n cap, some wire and a jack If you have a looper pedal. Use that to generate some noise then place the test probe...

    "Cicada" - 1W tube amp

I’d way prefer to build this over an amp kit! It’s the massive cost of transformers that puts me off personally. I like that this is PCB based and not turret board. I’d definitely be interested in any further similar projects and I’m sure I’m not alone!

    SOLVED Madbean total recall

Fantastic that you got it working @Phil hodson. Well done for persevering. Your statement above is what it’s all about! So many people just want answers and quick fixes when it comes to trouble shooting but the best way is to learn and progress as you go. That’s why I love reading...

Best alternative to Fuchs Plush Clean boost?

The Arche boost might be interesting as it has a low control. https://www.pedalpcb.com/product/pcb450/ There is also this vero layout of the fuchs plush clean - is this the pedal? https://tagboardeffects.blogspot.com/2016/03/fuchs-audio-plush-cream.html?m=1

    What’s your ideal EQ?

Guitar is my primary interest but I am alway happy to learn the ways of the lower frequencies!

    What’s your ideal EQ?

Thanks @Feral Feline I’m thinking of designing my own OD pedal with a 6 band active EQ section like the MXR. Six band EQ. I was planning 150hz (bass), 700hz (lower mids), 1.1khz (upper mids), 2.2khz (lower treble), 5.5khz (upper treble) and then 8khz as presence.

    What’s your ideal EQ?

If you could design your own active EQ pedal what bands would you choose and why would you choose those frequencies?
