Yup it's completely normal. Many people change the 10k pot to a 5 , 2 or 1k. it becomes way more usable after that . I don't remember what I ended up using when I made that circuit years ago though :x.

The multi wave mega is hands down my favorite original diy pedal I ever built ! It's got a bit of a learning curve but once you get the button combinations down, it get pretty wild :D

Did you solder the switch on the board off the enclosure xD? Usually you want to place the pots and switchs in the drilled enclosure first, then drop the PCB in and finally solder everything In place. My guess is you could have moved the pots legs so that the switch would have fitted in the...

The thing is more time pedalpcb puts in the build doc less time he has for tracing and releasing new projects. This site as a ridiculous amount of output when it comes to new projects, as much as it would be nice to have more detailed docs, I wouldn't want that at the cost of new projects :p...

Maybe you can look how Dunwich did it on their version of the HM-2 https://oshpark.com/profiles/dunwichamps/page/2 There's a schematic in the project document... Or you could just order the oshpark board xD It uses a extra tl072, my guess is everything connected to ic3 is the blend circuit
