    SOLVED Deofol--my other problem child

Curious, was it the top pad of C21 that goes to the mid switch that gave you trouble? Did you check to see if that same pad was going to Ground with the continuity test? It would only cause an issue when switched to that position if faulty. The Solder side of the PCB looks like it needs a good...

    SOLVED Deofol--my other problem child

As szukalski pointed out, make sure the Pot legs on the Level & Feed pots are not touching the metal plate on the side of the toggle switches when you tighten it in the enclosure??? A test would be to loosen the nuts and jiggle the pots to see if it has an effect???

SOLVED Angry Charles - little to no sound

I was leanining towards the 4 wires going into the Main PCB from the Footswitch as the joints loked a bit lumpy so to speak. When soldering the Footswitch, I solder the centre pad first so you can centralize. Then solder the 4 corners so heat is kept to a minimum, wait for it to cool for 30...

I can't see all the colour bands so use the Resistor calculator link to check all your other resistors. Have you got a 4558 that you can try in the TL072 position to see if that changes anything?

    Salesman Overdrive Issues

    1. Try reflowing all the Boost Breakout PCB Solder pads ie Input IN GND SW OUT Output. 2. if that doesn't work, do the same to the main PCB pads that connect to the Boost Switch above in number 1.

    Salesman Overdrive Issues

Looking at the traces, it looks like the bias goes to the Boost, normally this is set at 4.5v on the Drain. As DailyDovetails has noted, if it isn't bias right, it will be muted!

SOLVED Tone Pot Acting Like Volume Pot

This is the only way for stranded wire for me, I twist all the strands & solder the wire before putting it into the pad hole like this:

SOLVED Pro-10 green side no gain low output

This has happened to me once & it was a cracked wafer board on one of the Pots, it worked outside but when in the enclosure & the nuts were tighten, the trace must have separated??? Loosen the nuts while in the enclosure & wiggle the pots & see if it cuts in & out. Take it out & flex the pots &...
