Here is an option you can try, Grab a Alpha 16 mm long splined pot & pull the Tin cap of the back and file the cente shaft til it seperates the plastic wiper & little black washer & the shaft will slide out. Put a piece of plastic cable tie in the spline groove to stop it from squashing as it...

If you hav an issue when it's all together, go back & check for continuity on those 2 pads! If you need to repair, just a piece of resistor lead & jumper the 2 pads from the bottom of the board, no one will know!

All the above suggestions are valid, especially Erik S above! Remove yellow Tape and take a Picture! Have you done a Voltage test on your soldered IC's? Set DMM to DC Voltage, Black probe to Ground, Red probe to each pin & write down the Voltages matching the numbers below.

IC1 - IC4 OP1678 is only available in SOIC-8 SMD package. A through-hole adapter pictured above can be used, or a low-noise dual opamp with similar specs can be used as a substitute.

I always bend then test every Resistor & Diodes before installing & they come from sealed packets with the Values written on them! It is always the first thing I try to look for in Troubleshooting a Members issue on here. Glad you persisted & found the Issue, there are a lot that don't & it ends...

It had to be the bridging issue as VB at +C13 grounding goes straigt to IC1 VB & IC2 VB where your voltages were crazy. If it is now working correctly, Edit on your first Post & in Prefix is a SOLVED option.

You need to bend those 2 pots up so we can see the solder pads underneath. Does the junction pad of R17 & R18 go to Ground with Continuity Test?

I'm trying to work out where R17-10K is connected??? The Pictures are too small that you sent, can't make out the resistor values or solder pads.

I would look for solder bridges on the back of the Board on both IC's that are connected to C13 , you should have checked for Continuity across C13 before replacing it!
