Thanks for the help! Iceo is the leakage. The tester sometimes reads this as 77uA and other times it reads as something like m, or mA. Yesterday I measured everything and the numbers were always a decimal today they seem to be measuring in integers.

Just to clarify. When using the TC1 the leakage value to be concerned about is the Ices number? And we can just read the raw value?

My hypothesis has born fruit! I used the multimeter to measure continuity from pin 4 of IC1 to ground and this failed! Pin 4 was definitely the problem. Usual operator error, I had forgotten to solder that pin! Couple minutes with the soldering iron and we’re rocking!

I just built an informant. I used the buffered wiring. The LED lights, I get audio with the effect on and in bypass. The problem is that the sound is muffled and rough. hard to describe, it doesn’t sound right. I used a TC1044 and set the jumper on the back of the board.

I usually build three of everything. If something doesn’t work I have another for reference. I keep one and give away or sell the others. It’s not paying the bills but it makes the hobby close to $0.

The Muffin Fuzz docs list some versions of the Big Muffs I recognize and others I can’t place? Is there a list somewhere?
