    Cream Pie Fuzz treble level

The tone network is a Muff tonestack. You can make the treble more treble-y by altering R11 in your schematic. You could also lower the value of C1 to attenuate some of the bass going into the main circuit. For the record, this circuit does very well on bass, so you may have just picked the...

SOLVED Making an effective breadboard ground plane?

I think if you're happy with the noise floor reduction, then keep it as is. No sense in wasting the breadboard adhesive.

Nebula Drive - A BtR Original

If you've trolled on my breadboarding thread recently (Buddy's Breadboard and Circuit Design Notes) this may be a bit familiar. If not, I will summarize here. I took a very basic circuit block, in this case a EHX Muff Fuzz, and tweaked it to make it much more versatile. It uses a TL074 with 4...

    SOLVED Pathogen distortion prroblem

Looking at the build doc only, either the top or bottom pin should have a connection to ground the other should not. Is this true on your build? I guess I wasn't clear above.

    SOLVED Pathogen distortion prroblem

You should have one of the points going to ground. The other (not middle) pin should not be connected to anything. Double check the solder joints on C25 and reflow if necessary. If still no change then try replacing C25.

Poor man’s reusable Potentiometer breakout board – would this work?

They will. You’ll need to use a small drill bit to make the holes bigger, but not big enough to break the copper track.

Poor man’s reusable Potentiometer breakout board – would this work?

For switches, I got some of these and installed sockets everywhere. I mount it on my breadboard's board with some sticky tack. Dupont wires work best here. I may have an extra one in my stash since the below is out of stock at the moment. DM me if interested, but I need to check my inventory...

Poor man’s reusable Potentiometer breakout board – would this work?

+1 for terminal blocks. Mounting pots with pin headers might damage the pot legs.

    Advice on Baby’s First Breadboard?

My comment regarding my interests went more toward my question of what size size of board would be suitable for a variety of pedals with room to grow since my ultimate goals would be more complex (not hugely complex, but more) types of circuits. The bigger the breadboard, the better. It gives...

    Advice on Baby’s First Breadboard?

Baby's first breadboard, eh? As mentioned above, I think a protoboard is your best bet from here unless you'd really like to design your own. That way you'll need 2 of the big, 830 point breadboards. I've been successful with the ones from Tayda and Amazon (haven't gotten any in a few years)...
