Here are some 5 and 6 knobbers with the knob diameter in mm so you can get an idea. About 14mm measured with the pointer About 19mm 17mm

20mm knobs may or may not touch depending on how accurately the holes were drilled. For 5 knobbers I prefer knobs around 12 to 16mm. I have a 5 knobber with 19mm's on it and it's tight but works.

I'm impressed! I'm amazed that you make silkscreens for each pedal. Only thing I can think of is moving the LED away from the text a bit as it might make reading it hard if it's especially bright.

Awesome graphics and great first build! As far as those knobs I concur with Phi1, those are notorious for for doing that. Just lift em up about a half mm and they won't stick.

Thanks! That is just 3 pieces of 24AWG hook-up wire insulation. I just pull the wire out and used the insulation only. Once the wire is pulled out I just line em up and square off the ends with a craft knife so they're all the same size. Then I wiggle them onto the pins of the Ge transistor and...
