Stay away from those end mills. Any down cut end mill is useless for any metal cutting. If i were you id use an engraving bit meant for aluminum! What did you want to accomplish? Cutting holes? Graphic engraving?

I use one shot paint for my graphics, printing on bare enclosures as well as powder coated ones works very well!
