hello, welcome ! First thing that comes to mind is insulating the pots so their back aren't shorting the pcb. A simple piece of cardboard or plastic between the EQ controls and the pcb should prevent that.

Not sure if someone already raised that point but what about EU customers ? I would suppose that most EU people aren't buying on PPCB website directly, the shipment fee from US to EU would be too expansive to make sense, not to mention the shipment delays. We all buy from musikding, i guess...

I'd suggest to remove the excess of solder under the toggleswitch (see reply #6). Remember to be quick because the plastic is heat sensitive, if you heat the toggle's legs too long it can melt the plastic inside and break the mechanism. Then, if reflowing the suspicious soldering joints, fixing...

I had a similar issue once, trying to add a Rate led on a Dandy Horse (EHX Echo Flanger). If i remember correctly a capacitor fixed it somehow but i can't remember precisely, and i sold this build. Did you try to disconnect the Rate led and see if the pop is still there ?

Are you sure that's only some flux? Toggleswitches are easily melting and malfunctioning if we heat them too much or too long. Just pressing on a lug when the toggleswitch's plastic is hot may break the mechanism. With a multimeter on continuity mode you can make sure they work as they should...
