    Circulator (Grand Orbiter)

The voltage on ic3 pin 1 should go up and down depending on where the rate knob is. Does yours fluctuate? Make sure the switch isn’t in the middle position when you try

    THAT4301 Substitute?

Can you tell me what is going on here? This pot seems to have 4 connections?

Parasite Wah pot that fits all the specs/dimensions

I would love to know too. I made this on a breadboard and it sounds great. Would love to have this in a wah enclosure.

I didn’t know you could update the firmware. I’ll have to look into that

Thanks. Does it do germanium transistors too? Mine also won’t do that.

Where did you buy this tester? I bought a very similar one but it will not read jfets

Made a UV print mistake with my Tayda order

When did you submit the order? I would message tayda to cancel the order if it hasn’t started. They are pretty good about doing that

    SOLVED Cepheid Chorus no effect

I think you may have the wrong value in r28. It should be 330k (orange, orange, black, orange brown) but your colours look different from to me. Can you check what you gave there?

    THAT4301 Substitute?

Hi. Are you able to share some information about how you made the custom pcb for the muzzle? I’m interested in doing the same myself since Pedal pcb is out.

    Chauffeur OD squealing

If you are desperate you can use insulated jacks. These do not touch the enclosure

    Chauffeur OD squealing

That means something is touching the enclosure when you put it in the box. The jacks are connected to ground so when you plug them in, whatever it touching the enclosure means s now connected to ground as well. Is anything touching a potentiometer maybe? Do you have those plastic covers on all...

    SOLVED Lone king low output

Checking voltage can be a quick way to indenting where a pro might be. Also audio probing helps. Where are the places with correct volume and where does that stop? It can be a bad pot. If you have an ohm symbol on the multimeter l. Use that to measure resistance over pins 1 and 2. Should go in...

    SOLVED XC phase not phasing

fantastic to hear. Glad you got it going. It’s always such a relief when you do.

    SOLVED XC phase not phasing

Definitely. You have found the spot where the audio stops. Now just to explore the area to see why

    SOLVED XC phase not phasing

Maybe swap ic1 and ic2 and see if you have the same problem. Could be a faulty op amp.

    SOLVED XC phase not phasing

Every place you mentioned should have audio. The problem must be around ic2 because yes you shoukd have audio on pin 7 of ic2. The problem must be around here. I assume you have audio on pin6 ic2? I’d do the following Take it out of the box to make it easy. Check voltage on ic2. You want 9v...

    SOLVED Lone king low output

Hey. All of the parts that I can see look fine. I can't check the electrolytic capacitors or the pots but maybe doulbe check you have the right values. I would suggest re-heating all of the solder points. There might be a solder bridge or a bad connection. And also check the op amp voltage. It...

    SOLVED XC phase not phasing

No problem at all. I am pretty sloppy with my builds so as as result I have done a lot of trouble shooting and have started to get pretty good at it (out of necessity). If you are getting phasing then you must be getting audio on r16 and R17. Try again. If you don't have audio on r14 then that...
