    Whiskey River (Complex OD)

I'm digging the white on black theme you got going on. The graphics are very sharp, and the visibility is great!

Nicely Done! That is a monster of a PCB!

    First build progress - Muroidea

WOW! That looks really good for a first time solder job. Good fillets, nice flow through and you cleaned the board! Keep it up!

That is nice and clean! I really Love the sound of this pedal, and it does work well as an always on pedal.

    Distortion 250 Problems

Just an observation, could be an optical illusion due to the small PCB in the 125B. Your PCB seems to be real low in the enclosure, if it truly is, you may have a short to the enclosure. I built one of these and it sounds great, just used a C500K pot for gain. Due to the germanium clipping...

Mach 1 no sound when engaged

Recheck IC1 with empty socket. Mainly pins 3, 6 and 8. With ic removed these should have voltage on them. Pins 3 and 6 should be around 4Vdc and pin 8 should be >8Vdc. Pin 7 will have voltage also if pin 6 has it.

I'm Another "First Pedal Won't Work" Idiot (Triangulum)

What type of transistor did you use? Also measure IC1 voltages and post them.

Deflector loses effect after a while

Just want to verify that the 3 green resistors are actually resistors and not inductors. Green resistors used to be somewhat common, but nowadays the green bodied components are usually inductors.

There’s a good chance that the cold solder caused the failure of the op amp. As the joints with cold age they can pull away from the lead of the component, this will alter the resistance and therefore voltage and current will change. A small vibration can cause the connect to get better or...

    Tracking Number Delay

Very Nice! You need one more decal though. Just copy and paste this for the back. "Your package will arrive later than expected, but is still on its way. It is currently in transit to the next facility." :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO:

    SOLVED Rodent problem

I'm one of few who sees both sides of the old op amp debate. Some circuits sound the same no matter what op amp you put in it, while others sound better with certain op amps. The Rat is one that sounds better with an LM308N in it. I believe it has to do with the external compensation cap and it...

OK, looked over the board. You have the right values, which is a good thing. I see a number of solder joints on the resistors that look cold. Reflow the resistors and add a touch of solder to them. If you look at C9, you can see there is a fillet on the top side of the board. That's a good...

    Super Heterodyne Receiver!

OH it was, I just took my time and went slow, with all that’s going on in the circuit I knew a simple build mistake would be very difficult to find after the circuit was done.

Darn, let me see what I can come up with. If you could post a picture of the board it might help
