I would say just get the correct board and a new 3pdt switch. Just use this breakout board + switch on another project.

Did you use soldering paste on you breakout board-3PDT switch? Sometimes it creates "a short" or some resistance that's why you get a "half-on" LED. The problem is that it may have leaked into the space between the 3pdt and the board. Are you sure you are using the correct breakout board...

I am planning to separate the BOOST mode to a footswitch. Footswitch will switch between BOOST and FUZZ. Fuzz 1 and 2 will be switched using a toggle DPDT ON-ON. Would this be the correct wiring?
