Yeah, importing here in Brasil is really crazy expensive, but so it is to ship from here to USA, whenever I ship to USA it ranges from 35 to 80 USD for 1-2 pedals, so I don’t think it will be worthy for the enclosures 🥲

BTW the painting job wasn’t made by me, I live in a apartment so I always send my enclosures to be painted in a paintshop nearby

If there’s hum coming through the amp when in bypass, you 100% have a grounding issue there!

The enclosures are custom made to my specs here in Brasil, it’s the same size as a 125b but as tall as a Strymon, I’l check the exact size and post about it here

Increase the cap value, I use 220pf, you can try a resistor at the input to reduce the input signal a bit. Solder a temporary pot wired as a variable resistor, turn it ‘till it sounds good, measure the resistance and solder a resistor with an aproximate value in place of the board input wire

I don’t post lots of stripboard work around here, but I got myself a spool of Remington wire and oh boy, I’m really impressed and spoiled by it’s quality, great stuff! So I made one of these to try it out and here is the result, it’s a Janray with assym/symetric clipping awitch, sounds really nice!
