    Nice build!

    Hydra Delay

My first build of 2023, and it’s going straight on the board. Seriously well done on this @PedalPCB! Now if only there was a way to tap in the tempo….

Looking for subjective opinions on chorus pedal sounds…

+1 for this suggestion. Unison is what you’re after.

    [Solved] Search by SKU

Ok I’m not crazy then. I thought I had done this in the past, but I tried it for four different boards with no results. Searching by name is fine though.

    [Solved] Search by SKU

Would it be difficult to index the PCB numbers for searching? I have a drawer full of PedalPCB boards, and they don’t all have the project name on them. E.g. searching for PCB052 should find DMD-2.

    Buffer help?

Oh! One other thought. Most tuners these days have a buffered bypass option. You could try sticking a tuner at the front of your chain.

    Buffer help?

There’s wiring options for buffered bypass or true bypass. Details in the build docs

    Buffer help?

If you aren’t dead set on a dedicated buffer box, here are some more PPCB projects with buffered bypass: - Informant - Awful Waffle - ADHD - FDIC Boost

You’re correct for the clipping diodes, but the orientation does matter for the diodes in the octave circuit.

Nice! Yeah I’ve been sitting on this board for a while.

This is definitely a must-build. Huge thanks for the notes and forum posts about germanium diode stripe orientation. Mine did indeed have the stripe on the anode. A surprisingly painless build, all things considered. Wish list: - Tip/Sleeve labels for the jack connections - It would be amazing...

    DIY Bass Pedals

I’m a big fan of the PPCB Unison on bass.

    Arkaim Fuzz with Bass?

There were some recommendations for the Arkaim in my Pedals for Bass Guitar thread, so I’d expect it to work nicely. Haven’t built one myself yet though.

    GuitarPCB Mastodon Fuzz

I got this before PedalPCB had a Wooly Mammoth board. There are some quirks, so I’d recommend buying the PedalPCB one instead now. The off board wiring is odd, and the output jack ground is not connected to the PCB ground plane. Not sure if that’s intentional or a defect. Regardless, it sounds...
