Mine are from Tayda. However, I have an interesting update. I fixed the problem by adjusting a voltage trimmer on the SPS switching board that VFE provided with the PCB. It took a few minutes, but basically adjusting the input voltage down got rid of the issue. He goes over the whole assembly...
