I found a 3.5mm width one on digikey for a more reasonable price. I ended up ordering those. Annoying paying shipping for one part grrrr!

None of these are right. Tl072! Should be right around 9 on pin 8. About half that on all but 4 which should be 0. 2399 pin 1 shpuld be 5v ish. I remember 9-16 should be about half that. I don’t remember the rest off the top of my head but youve got some major issues going on there

i had bought a few ultra cheap breadboard and just put the pots pcb legs into the breadboard. I did mainly common values and didnt worry much about taper. Then would just run jumper wires to it. Im sure rhe breadboards were roached but they were the ultra cheapos

Couple years ago I decided my time was more valuable than stripboard. So many hours troubleshooting a circuit just to find the layout was wrong etc. not to mention 30x30 boards with a kajillions cuts and as many jumpers. Just spend 8 bucks on the board 😂. Or learn to make the easy ones...

What he said. all the boards i make i have the jack in and out at the top of the board and make the board large enough to use headers. It doesnt make the boards anymore expensive for the 125b sized ones at least.

Pin 7 of the 72 stands out voltage wise. I would check values and solder joints there to start.

Have you checked voltages at the ic’s to verify they are getting power?

I pretty much go are the cables in the correct jacks (i screw this up way too much). Then is stuff getting power then probe it. Anytime theres dry and no wet.
