I'm using the rog tester with 100 ohm and 10meg resistors. My multimeter claims to have a 40MOhm input impedance. According to the 2n3819 datasheet, Idss can go up to 20mA

I can do it, give me a couple hours! Not sure how reliable the Idss readings will be, because it can be too high for the jfet matcher (if I remember correctly)
