If you could take pictures closer to the board that would be great so we can zoom in to read the stripes on the resistors.

You should start by checking the parts in this area. Make sure the resistors are correct (and not 220 ohm instead of 220k for example). Then check caps etc. It sounds to me me that your lfo isn’t working so the problem will be in the area n the picture.

Hey I think I saw you post this somewhere else. Was it the foot switch wiring that was the problem?

I honestly don't know why it works, (I'm not a theory guy) all I can say is that it does. Here is my tube screamer schematic with a bass control. The bass pot adds quite a lot of bass to the circuit, so much that I had to adjust the tone section to compensate for it.

I would start by increasing c3. That’s what I do on tube screamers.

I think you need to solder the switch here looks like there is nothing on the middle and left legs.

The voltage on ic3 pin 1 should go up and down depending on where the rate knob is. Does yours fluctuate? Make sure the switch isn’t in the middle position when you try

I think you may have the wrong value in r28. It should be 330k (orange, orange, black, orange brown) but your colours look different from to me. Can you check what you gave there?

If you are desperate you can use insulated jacks. These do not touch the enclosure

That means something is touching the enclosure when you put it in the box. The jacks are connected to ground so when you plug them in, whatever it touching the enclosure means s now connected to ground as well. Is anything touching a potentiometer maybe? Do you have those plastic covers on all...

Checking voltage can be a quick way to indenting where a pro might be. Also audio probing helps. Where are the places with correct volume and where does that stop? It can be a bad pot. If you have an ohm symbol on the multimeter l. Use that to measure resistance over pins 1 and 2. Should go in...
