    Low Tide Modulator Firmware/IC

I am sure Klaus from musikding will send you the replacement, it might take a while to get an answer but so far I've only had good experience with musikding I bought a Sea Horse kit and it was missing some capacitors, I sent them an email and a week later I had them in the mail

    Sea Horse Mods

I'm interested in these two mods since I just built my Sea Horse and I'm very happy with it, but I just wish the Rate knob had more ausable "slow" range. Would this rate mod help it? And the feedback mod is for sending the pedal into feedback or to limit the signal when in feedback? Because my...

SOLVED Chop shop popping when activated + squealing even in bypass

ah yes thanks, got it. In the end I added it on the 3pdt but on the pcb would've been wiser I did try it when I first built it but it didn't change the pop unfortunately

SOLVED Chop shop popping when activated + squealing even in bypass

That was it. Thanks a lot! I don't know why I didn't think about it, since it's the same thing I did to get rid of the pop in my EHX Bad Stone

do I have the V1 board? Should I just add a 10K resistor like this: or rather directly on the 3pdt like this:

SOLVED Chop shop popping when activated + squealing even in bypass

Looks like this is it. When I play during band rehearsals it is fine, when I'm home it pops so I'm thinking it's my amp

Sushi Box Fx available at musikding ! Hurrah !!

I have the impression that they keep most of the stuff for the kits, like the BL3207 chips aren't available but kits with effects that use them are

    Chop Shop Calibration 12/15/22

Sag pot should be all the way counterclockwise, so at 0% And from what I read both JFETS should be biased around 6v, I biased mine at 6.5v

The noise when bypassed went away when in the chain but the hiss when the pedal was active did not

SOLVED Walrus Julia (PCBGM Julio) help!

Yeah I'm thinking of doing exactly this... I messaged Musikding to see if I can buy the PCB without the kit, if not I'll try to place an order from @PedalPCB. In the meantime I'll take it out again and try with an audio probe.

SOLVED Walrus Julia (PCBGM Julio) help!

Thanks that's what I thought As you can hear the pedal sounds great but it's very noisy I tried changing the tl072 with a couple of tl022 but it's the same, redid most of the soldering and wiring... What could it be?

SOLVED Walrus Julia (PCBGM Julio) help!

Got rid of the switch again, and recorded this clip straight into my audio interface. Until 10-12 seconds clean signal (100% dry on the blend knob), then at 14 seconds you can hear the noise start as I turn it around 50-60% and you can hear the noise. At around 30 seconds you can hear the blend...

SOLVED Walrus Julia (PCBGM Julio) help!

Well, i boxed it, taking extra care with the wiring, and of course it's not working anymore. Probably something in the switch wiring or daughterboard, but anyway ticking is still present in bypass and the noise is still quite high. I'll probably bin the board and salvage what I can to build a...
