have you checked for any shorts at your footswitch? Make sure there’s no stray wires touching or too much solder underneath that could be causing an issue.
They’ll fit, I never have anyone ask for them as they don’t use batteries at all in their boards.
The switched power jacks are right at 13mm or 1/2”, so add a bit more for play and powder coating.
I had to be picky with the 2399, but I love this circuit.

@Robert I forget what it was, but you had been working on a delay that you were going to update after you’d receive the proto boards. Any luck with those? I know you have your hands full.
If I were you, I’d put 750 1r resistors inline and be golden. You know, just to be dead on. Also, I’d measure each one and verify they’re exactly 1 Ohm.
