I think this is another case of it's just the player and some distortion. Bucket head is insanely awesome. Check out about 1:14

    DuoPhase LFO no LFOing

Here is a closer look at the IC2A area. Sorry about the scars but my edge cutter has developed a bur I need to file down. I don't think of them are deep or severe enough to cut a trace.

    DuoPhase LFO no LFOing

All knobs and trimers set to roughly noon. Toggles set to down toward stomps. Looks like IC 2A may have some issues. Here are the voltages using a Onespot. Edit: I mixed up pins 1-3 on IC1B but it's corrected now IC1 A. B. 1) 0. 0 2) 0. 0 3) 0. 0 4) -7.79...

    DuoPhase LFO no LFOing

I don't have any others to try. I have a TC1044SCPA on the A side and a TC7662BCPA on the B side. There is no change when reversing which side the chips are on.

Ok, here is the other side.

    DuoPhase LFO no LFOing

I put it back in the enclosure. All knobs, switches, trim pots and LEDs seem to be working as intended. Fully enclosed and still not a hint of phasing on either side at any knob or trim setting. I tried holding the red pot condoms on with the enclosure back off and still nothing. All I hear is...

    DuoPhase LFO no LFOing

I forget who but in another thread there was a mention of it working if you lay them down like a flower pedal so I figured I'd try it. Also, at the time I bought the LDRs there was a mention that the Tayda ones worked, and at that time they only had one type, so that's what I used. I've had...

    DuoPhase LFO no LFOing

A jumper did the trick for the LFO. Both LEDs are blinking now. Still no phasing on either side in a dim room with magazine laid on top. I guess I need to make the LDRs face closer to the LED? I didn't think it was going to be that sensitive based on some other folks comments.

I think I found an issue

    DuoPhase LFO no LFOing

Oh, I also noticed R38 and R46 locations are switched between sides. Is that correct?

    DuoPhase LFO no LFOing

Ok, I am still having issues on this one. It's strange, I got other LED blinking by reflowing C19A. But the A side had no sound when not in bypass. On the B side, the LED blinks and it passes sound when not in bypass but no phasing, even in dark room with my hand covering the LDRs. I decided...

Awesome. It doesn't always help but I always look for live footage. At about 2:08 in this clip it looks like he's playing regular harmonics.

Fairchild J201 in TO-92 package available on Small Bear

Does JLPCB not have MMBFJ201s? Is there a way to order a pre-populated adapter panel?

You can get a used Line6 EX-1 expression pedal for fairly cheap and mod them to a volume pedal or virtually anything else. I modded mine to work like a Moog EP3. They even already have a spot for the pot on the side.

I love this one too. In live footage it looks like he is rocking a volume pedal and it also sounds like maybe a touch of wah or autowah. I don't hear any dirt, just super clean. There is also a pedal steel guitar in the song as well

I've got one.. Jolene by Cake. How did they do the crazy flangerish sound on the intro at about 40 seconds? If it's just a flanger, which one? They don't do whatever it is live.

Switchcraft or any open frame switched mono 1/4” jack?

If the plug is TS, then yes, it is on the sleeve.

Shunt on the tip and shunt on the ring would be the 14B https://www.switchcraft.com/1-4-stereo-3-conductor-jack-w-nut-and-washer-double-closed-circuit/14b/

Switchcraft or any open frame switched mono 1/4” jack?

The only other open frame switchcraft with a circuit are the 13's https://www.switchcraft.com/1-4-in-6-35mm-open-frame-jacks-and-shielded-jacks/?mpp=96&n184=Open%20Frame
