    Lemonade Overdrive

You could shorten the black input and out wires, so that they are close to the enclosure sides.

    4 knob distortion suggestion

With a couple of part and value changes a Rat schematic makes a great and versatile Distortion. I would use the Helios pcb and mod it with a different IC, different diodes and different filtering.

DEMO AionFX Cirrus (Maxon ST-9 Super Tube Screamer)

Nah, too much smd parts for my bad eyes on the original. But I sent Robert some clear pics of the innards and a sketch of the Elcos. Hope that helps. Otherwise you could give my Whish list post a thumps up.

DEMO AionFX Cirrus (Maxon ST-9 Super Tube Screamer)

I like it very much. Was very surprised comparing it to my modded Lightspeed. If I have the mid sweep on 200Hz (pot to 7 o'clock) it's very similar. This position compensates the low bass on the standard TS. The cirrus offers the choice between the ST-9 and the STL. I am still on the fence which...

Advice and recommendations need- what pedal is my customer looking for?

You can easily beef up the Lightspeed to fuller Distortion. There is Boneyard Mod from Chuck with a standard pcb like the Mach1. Just 4 different parts. Here is Chucks post: https://forum.pedalpcb.com/threads/mach-1-overdrive-mods.1942/post-16352

    CELSIUS PREAMP KIT - ISSUE

Okay then clean your build: Remove the stray wires. Look for bad connections and shorts. Reflow the connections. Use good light and magnifing glas (ask me how i know).

    CELSIUS PREAMP KIT - ISSUE

For your wires to the board try a different approach to get better connections. First demantle the wire for 5 mm, the twist the strands until you get a straight bundle, then hit it with a bit solder. This sold piece is easy to stick thru the holes and can be soldered to the board.

Funny way to wire the switch pcb. Next time just save pcb for another project.

    (Not Another) Enclosure Finishing Thread

I use an alu primer (2 times with polishing the surface with very fine steel wool) every time except hammer tone and clear coat on alu. The laters are only polished before spraying.

RAT - What's with these filters?

I upped c3 to 10uF to achieve the same.

Guvernator - More Cowbell! No, I mean more Bass

The easiest way to change the bass of a pedal is vary the input cap (c1: 9n6) or make it selectable with a switch or use a blend like Dragons Breath.
