After cleaning up my board, I notice that I had a small solder splash between R6 and R17. With the magnifiers it felt close to a bridge but It was probably fin. I tried multiple things to get it off from very gentle friction with a wooded tooth pick to desolder braid and it kept visually getting...

I was wondering if the stencil can be as a mask to get a cleaner solder using a conventional iron and 60/40 solder when soldering let's say a FV-1 chip ... probably not what it was intended for...
