I built one and just included those parts. I had them so I just threw in there. I figure it's only a few cents for the parts and solder. Plus imo it looks more uniform with them included. But it's your call if you want to use up inventory on it.

Check out this article from AionFX https://aionfx.com/news/tracing-journal-solodallas-storm/ There is a section on omitted parts and those are listed on there. Seems like they were on the pedal that was traced and they were not doing anything.
