Some meters have a lot of trouble figuring out low capacitance values. 27pf plenty close enough since its going to be well within the tolerance rating for a 25pf cap. I'd try it and see how you like it and worry about it later if you lose too much treble.

Is it getting power to the board? I'm not sure, but I think the pin you're using for the board mounted power jack is for the switching part and not the barrel.

I'd do it like this personally so they are more securely mounted, but I think yours would work.

I think you have your diodes arranged a bit weird. I think you need to have your diodes in anti-parallel instead of series how you have them on the switch.
