I don't remember there being a big jump in the volume, but it did get louder than I expected compared to a Rat with the stock 1n4148 clipping diodes. I'd check it out and get back to you, but It got traded off for another pedal.

I've picked up radio signals while messing with tonebender and fuzz face circuits on my breadboards. Usually it's when the fuzz is cranked, but my guitar volume is turned down. How are you securing that bypass board in the enclosure? Is it just sitting on top of the switch with the wires to the main pcb holding it in place?

If the transistors have a lot of gain you can put a small (47 ohm or 100 ohm) resistor between ground and the electrolytic cap hooked to the fuzz control to stop the oscillation.

Slightly overdrill the pot holes, fit the pcb to the pots, then spread the pots out evenly before you solder them in. If you want to make it easier use a smaller diameter knob like these control knobs: https://www.taydaelectronics.com/control-black-knob-16-x-14-mm-2005.html
