Any sockets? The only time I had a pop was when I had socketed some components I wanted to swap, but they didn't seat well in the socket. Lesson learned.

Aion LEDs are beside the switch. You could estimate the dimensions from a drill template on their site and compare to the PedalPCB templates. Adjust for actual switch position (X should fine, adjust the Y if needed). IIRC, Aion assumes you are using a 5mm with bezel, also adjust hole size as needed.

10’s. Pure Nickel wraps on wound strings. Pyramid or DR Pure Blues round core on P90/HB guitars. SIT hex core on single coil guitars. Monel/NB/PB on acoustic. Mix of lights and mediums, round and hex core.

I swapped the C6 220n cap for a 470n and now the rate is more usable for me. It's still most of the way CW, but now goes slow enough.
