Great solution to this. I built a Twin face and socketed the GE's to try out a couple different variations/specs and have to really have to finagle the legs. When I find the ones I like, I am going to solder them in for a permanent solution.

Diving in, the offerings here at PPCB don't show the wavelength NM numbers. If the google is correct, it is saying 575-595nm, is that the correct spec I should be looking for?

Glad it worked so well! I have a couple I need to install, one on my friendly fire.

So working on it a bit more, i wasn't leaving enough space and when I was tightening down everything flexed and caused a short. Some heat shrink has helped the last 2 builds.

My local library has a printer and this is the first thing I want to print there. Save me a ton of headaches.
