    Cattle Driver and Sugarbag

Just finished up these 2 drives together. Although I keep telling myself I don't need any more overdrives I can't resist. Both of these made it to my wishlist because I was curious about them, but they made it to the shopping cart based on @MichaelW's write-ups. He is the great enabler. The...

    Vero Thermionic with "magic" diodes

Very nice. Once a pedal has more than 3 knobs I don't like using vero, so I'm impressed by the people who have the patience and skill for the offboard wiring.

PedalPCB Brown Betty with voicing switch (Brown Betty/Dirty Sanchez/Thermionic)

That's a great idea, but I'm curious if there's any noticeable differences between them that a slight twist of a knob doesn't make?

What strings do you guys use?

I use EBs or Daddarios. 9s, 9.5s, and 10s. I've been phasing out the 10s for lighter gauges, but still have some to use up.

    Lemonade Overdrive

Are your jacks getting a good ground from the enclosure? If not, you might want to sand the powdercoat away on the areas where the jack meets the interior of the pedal. I noticed that in my house the pedals are pretty quiet, but when I gave them away somebody complained about noise and that...

    4 knob distortion suggestion

I'd look for an AION board that has the same knob/switch configuration so it has the same fit. I found a few that I think work: Artemis Preamp Drive Mk. II - Aion FX Asteria Preamp Drive Mk. III - Aion FX Poseidon Silicon Fuzz - Aion FX

    Attenuator for 1968 Champ

That one from Carl's looks like it uses the same L-pad from the article I posted. The DIY article also adds a selectable cap/treble bleed, which makes me wonder if Carl's uses a non-selectable one, or is it just the L-pad? Do you have a gut shot of it? For science.

    Attenuator for 1968 Champ

One to look it is the Swart Night Light or Night Light Jr. Those seem to be designed specifically for small amps like Champs. Not sure about sub 4ohm speakers, but you could contact them. Also, you could try to build your own. Amp Mods (robrobinette.com) DIY Workshop: How to build...

    Beginner looking for advice

If it's your first time and you're unsure what to do, start with a kit, specifically one that has good instructions. I started with some GGG kits. After a couple of those I had the confidence to source my own parts and use tagboards, etc. The Stewmac kits have pretty thorough instructions...
