Ok I did all the mods mentioned elsewhere on this site and it helped with the sound for sure. HOWEVER, I just noticed that the pot is backwards- meaning toe down is dull and toe up is bright! I know I have it installed probably, could this be an issue with how I have the pot wired?? Help me please!

I just finished this one also! I found that its really quiet in the toe down position and quite loud and distorted in the toe up position! Kind of unusable as is. I was wondering if these mods will also give it more play-ability right across the sweep? Thanks!

Ok did another reflow, connected the power correctly and voila! Marking this one as solved. Just have to get the pot seated and buy some grease! Thanks @swyse and thank you @Chuck D. Bones as always for answering my dumb questions.
