    Increase Pedal output gain

You'll also need to increase the 470p proportionately to keep the filtering in check.

    Effect of LDR

Well, a standard resistor would always be in the circuit. An ldr is 2 parts- the light (led) and the ldr which picks up the light from that led. The light is triggered by a signal, say a guitar input, which causes it to light up which tells the ldr to do something because it picks up the light...

    6-band EQ

Just wondering is this the same as the mxr 6 band?

    Moonshot Tremolo LDR Led?

Well it's going to be part of a vactrol so I'd rather not guess at it. I was hoping the designer or someone with ldr knowledge could chime in and steer this ship.

That would make sense, it's probably the input resistor for the op amp.

    Moonshot Tremolo LDR Led?

The BOM shows a GL5516 LDR is recommended. They've got a wavelength response of 550nm, yet a red LED (in the BOM also) is 650-700nm, meaning the LDR will operate at about 60-70% efficiency. A green LED's wavelength is bang on 550nm, which matches the 5516 specs. So, why not use the green? Is...

HM2 / Promethium distortion mod - bypass distortion?

I'd never heard of them before today but man do they sound pretentious.

Wha would be the harm in using a B25k pot in the Tommy III?

It'll work. 0 and 10 will be the same it's just how you get from point to point that differs. B tapers bunch up at the extremes which might matter to you, might not. Its a response issue more than one of functionality. I've started using C taper for gain pots. A for volume. B for tone.

    6-band EQ

Yeah good call. I might have a play around. Add a level control and it's a ge7 that doesn't suck.

    6-band EQ

Do you think you could fit a 6 knob eq into a 125b? Just using regular pots I mean. I'm curious if the 2 x 074s would be able to fit along with the switch and gubbins. Maybe 1/8w resistors? Not as cool looking as sliders though.

And there's no 220pfs ok the circuit btw, only 220nfs.

Semi-Sweet Distortin low output and high squeel

Check r14. It should be 10k. If I have the right schematic, you could lower that to something like a 3.3k but you'd need to change the 1nf to compensate for the extra high end. I'm guessing something around a 3nf would keep things more or less copacetic.

    Compressor dude

What? Yes he does. Email him [email protected] to arrange a quote, then he sends a PayPal invoice. You won't like the shipping costs though, USPS are insanely expensive (when shipping internationally) compared to any other carrier.

    Parts Help - Treble Booster

Yeah that's cool. It might have a little less gain but it'll do the job. Seriously though, socket it and play around. Transistors are cheap enough you can experiment pretty happily for a couple of dollars.

    Parts Help - Treble Booster

Tayda will have everything. They're 2222As come in 2 forms though, the UFO looking guys and the PN2222A. They're both the same for our purposes, but the PN is dirt cheap. It's quite low gain though. I'd suggest socketing the Q spot and auditioning different transistors. If you want some fun...
