I wouldn’t cut the trace personally. I would remove C1 then send pad one of where C1 should be to pin 1 of your clean pot. Solder the 100N to lug 2 of the pot then send a wire from the other side of the 100N to pad 2 of where C1 was. Hope that makes sense.

Even though you have left clearance from the board, the top and bottom row of pots are touching. Bend the two bottom B100Ks up to make sure they are not touching and see if you get the normal amount of repeats. “Pot condoms” are alway helpful!

Are your lower row of pots shorting out against the board? Put a piece of plastic between and retest to see if that changes it.!

I’d definitely have caps rated to 50v to be on the safe side. From a current draw perspective they shouldn’t be an issue. The main problem with charge pumps is the risk of them introducing noise. I would advise that you build up the circuits with 50v electros then test the circuits individually...

You could alway solder a larger cap to the jack itself. See if that filters any more of the noise if it happens. Maybe a 220u?

Looking on the website these circuits only draw about 18ma of current. I’m not sure what the intelligent relay board draws in terms of power but this whole set up is probably close to or lower than 100ma so no issues combining to one jack.
