actually someone else on here pointed out to me that that particular trimmer effects the tone ( hence it saying " tone " next to it ) ... and it indeed does effect the over all feel and tone of the pedal ....

I was able to bias all the FETs in the circuit to 4.5v except for the one that says " tone " next to it ..... it was reading 8.89v ... and the trimmer wouldn't budge it .... I built two of these at the same time and the other one is doing the exact same thing ... when I plug them in to sound...

I renamed this one as the 2203 Overdrive .... ironic .... it sounds amazing into my Marshall DSL

Buddy of mine ( that likes when people call him Fester ) wanted a compressor ...... so I built his ugly ass one ... and one for my ugly ass .

only played with it for about an hour last night ..... so far I love it .... the channels are voiced pretty different ... it chugs pretty good .... which is usually my downfall for all distortion pedals .... had it going into my Mesa DC-5 ..... tonight I'll throw it into my Marshall DSL which...

The enclosure is a 1590XX ......

Very happy with this one .... used a Bicolor LED footswitch to indicate channel selection .... might be my new favorite build .
